A mixed residential development comprising 79 no. duplexes and apartments, the scheme reuses a derelict brownfield site which extends to 90 metres along the Lisburn Road in Belfast. Providing a series of attractive and varied brick frontages within this urban setting, the project also incorporates retail, café and gym facilities on lower levels to facilitate a sustainable living environment for residents. The project is due to commence on site in 2023.
